Is Flagsmith SOC 2 certified?

Yes, Flagsmith is SOC 2 Type 2 certified.

How do I delete an Organisation?

Go to Organisation > Manage. Scroll to the very bottom, click the trash can icon next to "Delete Organisation," and confirm the name. This is irreversible.

Warning

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All projects, flags, and data within the organisation will be deleted.

How do I downgrade to the Free Plan from a paid plan?

Go to Organisation > Manage > Manage Invoices. This opens the billing portal where you can modify your subscription.

How do I delete an account?

Go to Organisation > Manage > Team Members, and click the trash can icon next to the user account you wish to remove.

Does Flagsmith have G Suite or does Flagsmith Support SSO?

Yes. Google and GitHub SSO are supported on all plans (including Free). SAML/Okta/AD is supported on Scale-Up and Enterprise plans.

How can I change the email associated with my account?

You cannot do this yourself in the UI. You must contact Flagsmith support.
